My name is Alana Brunton, I turned16 on the 10th of November, and we all know who's birthday is on the 11th.

    THIS GIRL'S LIFE: So I was born in Jersey, the largest of the Channel Islands. My mum and dad are both from Scotland, and I have a brother by the name of Scott. I have an Aunty, Uncle and cousins in California. From a very young age I developed a strong love for animals and I hope one day to travel the world and help animals in danger. I went to St. Luke's Primary School (like kindergarten I think) and I am currently at Grainville Secondary School (like high school). When I leave school I'm not sure what I am going to do and how I am going to do it but I know that I want to travel the world and meet people. I really want to be a model and am currently working on that career area.

    Personal Interests: I like to surf, rollerblade, go rock-jumping (you know like in Basketball Diaries,) and I love to go to the beach (we have lovely beaches here) oh, and how can I forget...I really love to go to the cinema.

    Fav. Food: Pasta, pizza, McDonald's...junk food basicly.

    Fav. Snack: Oreo Cookies (mmm)

    Fav. Drink: Lemonade and milkshakes

    Pets: A dog called Laddie (looks like Lassie) and a chinchilla called Clooney, oh and also a hedgehog called Spike (original huh!!) who live in the garden

    BIT ABOUT LEO:

    I really respect his acting and private life, and I love the way he gets so deep into his characters - it shows real skill. The first time I came across his acting was the summer of '97 in Romeo & Juliet, and I instantly felt I knew him - it's like we already know each other, you wouldn't believe how much we have in common. I don't want you to think that I am one of those stupid, little teenage girls who calls him "Lush Leo" and treats him like a piece of meat like he says he hates. I really, really want to get to know the real Leonardo DiCaprio. I live in hope that someday this dream will come true.
